From Goats to Grounds
There's something special about mornings on the farm.
The sun rises slow over the pasture. The goats are already calling for breakfast. The chickens are busy announcing the day like it's their full-time job. And somewhere in the middle of all the farm chaos… there's coffee brewing.
Not fancy coffee.
Not complicated coffee.
Just fresh, honest coffee meant to be enjoyed.
And honestly? Around here, coffee isn't just a drink. It's part of the rhythm of life.
Where It All Began
Udderly Eclucktic Coffee Co. grew out of a dream that was already taking shape — a life centered around faith, family, farming, creativity, and community.
What started with goats, chickens, handmade creations, and ministry slowly turned into something more. Coffee naturally became part of our story because it was already part of our everyday life.
Coffee is early mornings with Jesus before the house wakes up.
It's conversations around the kitchen table.
It's fuel for long farm days and late nights.
It's comfort shared with friends and strangers who quickly become family.
Located in Clarkton, North Carolina, our farm is a little bit messy, a little bit loud, and full of life — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
What Does "Udderly Eclucktic" Mean?
We get asked this a lot.
"Udderly" actually comes from my love of cows — they've always been my favorite animal on the farm. And "Eclucktic" comes from the chickens, with a fun little twist on the word eclectic. The name itself was actually my daughter's idea, which makes it even more special to us.
Because that's exactly what we are:
a little bit of faith, a little bit of farming, a little bit of creativity, and a whole lot of coffee.
